Shipping Policy

At Pelos y Bigotes, we want you to have complete clarity about how and when you will receive your pet's order.

Coverage

We ship to all of Costa Rican territory — from San José to the most remote areas of the country.

Delivery times

Times begin to count from payment confirmation, not from when the order is placed. Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.

Shipping cost

The standard shipping cost is $5.00 USD per order to any point in Costa Rica.

Order tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your order at all times.

About extended times

We work with international suppliers that allow us to offer you quality and competitive prices. This means longer shipping times than for local products, but the quality and prices compensate for the wait.

Customs and additional charges

Most orders arrive without customs charges. In the exceptional case that any charge applies, it is at the customer's expense and is paid directly to the courier service.
