About the products
Are the products safe for my pet? Yes. We select products from suppliers with pet safety certifications. If you have questions about a specific material or size, please write to us before purchasing.
How do I know what size to choose? In each product, you will find size guides with measurements. If your pet is between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. You can also write to us with your pet's weight and breed, and we will help you.
Can I order a product that I don't see in the store? Yes. Write to us at contacto@pelosybigotes.com with the details and we will do our best to get it for you.
About payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal (credit and debit cards) and SINPE Móvil for customers in Costa Rica. We will soon integrate direct card payment.
How do I pay with SINPE Móvil? When you choose SINPE Móvil at checkout, we will show you the payment instructions. Once we confirm the payment, we will process your order immediately.
Do the prices include taxes? The prices shown are final. No surprises at checkout.
About shipping
How long does my order take? Shipments to Costa Rica take between 15 and 25 business days from payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number to follow your order.
Why do shipments take so long? We work with international suppliers that allow us to offer you quality at affordable prices. This requires longer shipping times, but we assure you it's worth the wait.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Once in transit, it is no longer possible to cancel, but our return policies apply.
About the store
Do you provide WhatsApp support? Yes, write to us for quick inquiries and personalized attention.
Do you have a physical store? For now, we operate online only to keep prices affordable and serve all of Costa Rica.
Do you ship to other countries? For now, only to Costa Rica. We will soon expand to Mexico and Central America.
